Exploration on the Assessment of the State Grants

从微观经济学角度和矩阵特征向量角度,对国家助学金发放工作中班级民主评议环节的评议方法进行了尝试性的探索.结果表明,效用函数方法和矩阵特征向量方法能够使评定结果更加合理,有一定的应用价值.

The paper tries to explore the method of the assessment of the State Grants now determined by class democratic appraisal from the point of microeconomics and matrix characteristic vector. The results show that the utility function method and matrix eigenvector method can make the evaluation results more reasonable and it has a certain application value.
