The real objective world is of duality, because it contains two kinds of realities -physical and ideal real- ity, which are reflected by each other. This phenomenon is known as information. In the widest sense, information is an objective character of the real world, it represents the distributional differences of matter and energy in the space and time, and these representations exist in the non - equilibrium process of the spontaneous living and non- living realm, of the human society and the consciousness activities. As the prime cause of the movements of matter and energy, information, which exists throughout each level of organized matter and energy in our around world, determines the orientation of these movements in the space and time. Because it determines the develop orientation of natural and social evolution process, information is the deterministic element of the evolution.
