摘要
对直列式灌装旋盖机进行了设计。确定了灌装的工艺原理方案及总功能,在此基础上进行了功能分解。对容器的输送、定位、灌装、旋盖等分能进行了方案设计。该机的生产效率可达到2 400瓶/h.
The design was made of the in-line filling machine with cap-screwing.The filling process,principle and total functions were decided and confirmed.Based on the above mentioned,every different function was put into decomposition.The program designs about containers transmission,positioning,filling and capping were all done.The productive efficiency of this machine can be up to 2400 bottles per hour.
