摘要
通过分析一种车载部件电源电磁干扰噪声的产生机理和传播特点,结合系统电磁兼容要求,提出针对多路输出混合电源的电磁兼容解决方案。研究了输入输出滤波器设计方法,并给出了具体线路和仿真数据。结合电磁兼容测试结果,提出设计改进措施,并通过了相关的电磁兼容试验。
EMC solution for multi-output power supply was proposed based on analysis of the generation mechanism and propagation characteristics of EMI noise in vehicle borne power supply.According to requirements of EMC,methodology for designing input/output filters was studied.Specific circuit was designed and simulation results were provided.Based on EMC test results,approaches to improving the design were proposed.The design passed relevant EMC test.
