高校自主招生改革试点的思考

Thinking on the Pilot Reform of College Self-recruitment

自主招生制度是对统一招生考试录取制度的重要补充,是进一步扩大院校招生自主权的具体体现,是多元化评价、多样化录取模式的有益尝试,有助于高校选拔特殊人才。但随着自主招生院校规模的不断扩大,自主招生存在的矛盾和问题也逐渐暴露出来。从矛盾入手寻找根源所在,着力提出解决矛盾的办法,以期使高校招生既能体现其公平性,又能为高校有效地选拔人才,进而促进自主招生制度的进一步发展。

Self-recruitment system is an important supplement to the unified entrance examination system.It is an exemplification of expanding autonomy of colleges and a useful attempt to the multiple evaluation and diverse admission mode which can help colleges select special talents.But with the climbing scale of self-recruitment colleges,the contradictions and problems are being exposed gradually.Starting from the contradictions,this article tries to find the root of them and propose ways to resolve these problems in order to make college enrollment more fair and select talents more effectively,thus contributing to the further development of self-recruitment system.
