摘要
学科建设初期青年医师团队的带、教、管理过程中,注重影像学科建设发展过程中人文化培育与管理,挖掘并启迪年青人内心的阳光性,使其感知幸福,把握命运,营造一种利于个人成长的和谐集体环境,是奠定人文化教育的营养基石。教学管理者有甘为人梯、甘于奉献、实事求是动态地科学化管理,是实现利于青年人全面发展和健康成长的基本保证。
This paper puts emphasis on humanities of the early establishment in medical imaging department while leading, teaching, and disciplining our young team, and meanwhile tries to activate and enlighten the young peoples' brightness and their potential so that they not only feel happy but also can master their own destination. By doing so harmonious and collective environment have been created from which the personal growth benefits. Those elements, the authors think, would be the cornerstones in humanities. The supervisor should be supportive and be willing to sacrifice as well. In fact, dynamic and scientific management according to reality might be the guarantee to the realization of the comprehensive development and healthy growth of the young people.
