摘要
基于多体系统理论,介绍了能够补偿丝杠热变形误差的综合建模理论和方法。同时结合丝杠热变形的非线性等特点,采用径向基函数神经网络方法对丝杠热误差参数进行辨识。通过实验验证,补偿效果显著。
The comprehensive modeling theory and method of screw thermal deformation error compensation are introduced are introduced based on the theory of multi-body system.Meanwhile,combining with the characteristic of nonlinear of screw thermal deformation,a radical basis function neural network method is used to identify the thermal error parameter.The experiment shows that the compensation effect is remarkable.
