基于序列图像融合和最小误差阈值法的纹理表面缺陷检测方法

摘要 为建立基于计算机视觉的表面缺陷检测系统,提出一种分块主元分析的图像序列融合法和最小误差闽值法结合的随机纹理缺陷检测方法。首先,该方法针对需要融合的图像序列,采用分块遍历的方法将所有待融合图像用一个矩阵表示;然后利用基于主分量变换的方法进行融合并获取特征图像;最后用最小误差阈值分割方法识别融合图像中的缺陷。与直接进行阈值分割的结果相比,本文的方法能够有效地检测出复杂背景下的细微缺陷,解决了常规闽值分割法难以实现的纹理表面中裂纹或凸点缺陷检测问题。
