摘要
本文针对低浓度枸杞深色啤酒的制作进行研究 ,该产品呈深棕色 ,泡沫细腻 ,麦芽香突出 ,兼有枸杞风格 ,口味柔和 ,发挥了枸杞的保健作用 ,对开发宁夏枸杞 ,活跃啤酒市场有很重要意义。
This paper introduced the study on the preparation of Chinese wolfberry dark-coured beer. The product is dark-brown, the head on a glass of beer fine and smooth, it has a special flavoul of malt and Chinese wolfberry. The flavour or taste of beer is gentle. The beer has a function of health protection. The result of research has an important meaning for developing Chinese wolfberry and brisking the market of Chinese wolfberry.
