芦笋罐头中氯化钠含量的不同测定方法的对比试验研究

THE CONTRAST EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON DEFERENT METHODS MEASURING CONTENT OF SODIUM CHLOPIDE IN CANNED ASPARAGUS

本项研究采用电导法和硝酸银滴定法测定芦笋罐头中氯化钠的含量水平 ,所得数据经统计分析和显著性检验 ,结果为玻璃瓶装和马口铁罐装的均为t <t0 .0 5 ( 5 8) ,P >0 .0 5 ,说明两种方法测定芦笋罐头中氯化钠含量无显著差异。以电导法代替“中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T12 45 7- 90”中食品氯化钠的测定方法铬酸钾指示剂法 (此法又称硝酸银滴定法 ) [1]

It is used that EC and AgNO 3 titration method to measure content of sodium chloride in solution of canned asparagus. Statistical data demonstrayed that difference of two kinds of method isn't obvious (t<t 0.05 58, p<0.05). Therefore, we think that EC method can substitute for AgNO 3 titration method which is the national standard (GB/T 12457-90).
