When the change takes place for the forecast period of rainfall flood report in special circumstances of a watershed,confluence unit hydrograph can be applied to forecast the real flood after the time conversion is conducted in advance.Based on the original measured hydrological data and the special requirements of example watershed in the hydrological forecast,S-curve method is adopted for the conversion and application analysis of the confluence unit hydrograph in the study.The analyzed results meet the precise demands of relevant sector regulation,the specific use conditions and the scope of application are put forward,and the method can be applied in the real work as an alternative method.
