摘要 以赤霉素产量为测定指标,采用单因素及正交试验对藤仓赤霉菌GLV-85菌株固体发酵赤霉素的培养基及培养条件进行了优化。获得固体发酵的最佳培养基为:在250ml三角瓶中装入10g固体基质,其中麸皮:玉米面按4:6混合,MgSO4含量0.03g,KH2PO4含量0.01g;最佳发酵条件为:接种量10%,发酵温度32℃,发酵pH7,固液比1:1.2,发酵周期7d。在最优的发酵条件下,赤霉素的发酵效价达到9.832g/kg(干基),较优化前提高了1.15倍。 The solid fermentation medium and culture conditions of gibberella fujikuroi GLV-85 were studied according to the gibberellin content by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The most optimal medium was obtained as follows: 250ml Erlenmeyer flask contained 20g of wheat bran and maize powder mixture with ratio of 4:6, MgSO4 0.03g, KH2PO4 0.01g. The most optimal culture conditions were inoculum volume 10%,fermentation temperature 32℃,fermentation pH 7,the ratio of material to water is 1:1.2, fermentation time 6d. Under the optimized conditions, gibberellin content was up to 9.832g/kg,it improved 115% than that of basic medium(4.573 g/kg).
