高校思想政治理论课教师形象的“向度”转换

摘要 在当前高校教师群体中,思想政治理论课教师是一个特殊的群体,面临着来自社会、同行、学生等层面的多重"严酷"考量。作为思想政治教育主阵地的忠实"守望者",思想政治理论课教师一定程度上罹患着被"边缘化"的危险。思想政治理论课教师在新的时代境遇下要增强自身的生存力,有赖于一定的制度关照和顶层设计,同时也有赖于自身角色的重塑,在教学理念、教学方法、个体定位上实现由"单向度"向"双向度"的现实跨越。 Of the current college teaching personnel,the teachers of ideological and political courses are classified as a special group which is confronted with multiple "harsh" consideration from society,colleagues and students.As faithful "watchers" of the key position of ideological and political education,the teachers of ideological and political courses suffer from the danger of being "marginalized" to a certain extent.In the new era,the enhancement of these teacher's survivability depends on a certain institutional care and top-level design as well as their ego rebuilding,such as a realistic spanning from one-dimension to double-dimension in the aspect of teaching concept,teaching method and individual orientation.
