浅谈民办高校教务管理人员应具备的素质和能力

Discussion about the Qualities and Abilities of the Educational Administrators in Private Colleges and Universities

教务管理是学校教学管理的重要组成部分,是学校管理工作的重点内容,也是整个学校管理的基础,教务管理人员是教务管理工作的组织者和执行者,在教学管理工作中发挥着难以替代的作用。教务管理人员的素质和能力决定学校教学管理的水平,制约着学校教育教学质量,是学校生存与发展的关键,也是人才培养的核心。民办高校大多都具私营企业的特点,对教务管理人员的素质和能力有着更高的要求。

Teaching administration is an important part of educational management,the key elements of school management,but also the entire part of school management,academic management is the work of educational administration and enforcement of the organizers who work in teaching management,which is irreplaceable.Educational management determines the quality level of teaching management,restricting the quality of school education and is regarded as the key to the survival and development of the school.The private colleges are mostly characterized by the private sector,and their managements of academic quality and ability have to meet higher requirements.This paper,based on the current status of private higher education and the experience of the author＇s personal practice of educational administration,proposes that educational administration should be equipped with basic qualities and capabilities.
