摘要
在大规模人工催产之前,进行了小规模催产试验,将30尾雌鱼分成A、B、C三组,每组10尾,A组二次注射,第一针注射药物为LRH-A31.0μg/kg+DOM3.0mg/kg,第二针注射1药物LRH-A32.0μg/kg+HCG400+DOM3.5mg/kg。B组二次注射,第一针注射LRH-A32.0μg/kg+DOM2.0mg/kg,第二针注射LRH-A37.0μg/kg+DOM10.0mg/kg。C组一次注射,注射药物及济量为LRH-A310.0μg/kg+DOM15.0mg/kg。试验结果表明三个组别之间差异不显著。从工作量和劳动强度上看,犹以C组为最佳,一次注射减少了好多不利因素,因此在大批量生产时选用了C组的一次注射方案,两批次催产800组亲鱼,平均催产率为95.25%,平均受精率为86.95%,平均孵化率为79.95%,产卵668.8万粒,孵化出水花929.7万尾。
Small–scale oxytocin test had been carried out before large-scale artificial oxytocin;30 females were divided into three group of A,B and C,10 fish in each group,group A got two injections,which the first injection is 31.0μg/kg of LRH-A plus 3.0 mg / kg of DOM,second injection 32.0μg/kg former and 3.5 mg / kg later.Group B had two injections,the first one 32.0μg/kg of LRH-A plus 2.0 mg / kg of DOM,the second one 37.0μg/kg of LRH-A37 plus 10.0 mg / kg of DOM.Group C got one,310.0μg/kg former and15.0 mg / kg later.The results showed that no significant difference among the three groups.But from the point of the workload and labor,the group C is the best one,which one injection reduces a lot of negative factors.So the group C is selected and applied in a large-scale artificial oxytocin,two batches of oxytocin group of 800 broodstock,average oxytocin rate of 95.25%,the average fertilization rate of 86.95%,the average hatching rate was 79.95%,spawning 6.688 million hatched spray 9.297 million.
