从保障图书馆经费投入、转变公共图书馆免费服务的理念、优化管理模式以及延伸服务方式等方面就公共图书馆免费服务策略等方面阐述了作者的观点。
The author elaborats his a personal view about public library′s free services,from the aspects of the guarantee of library funds investment,change of the public library service concepts,improvement of management models,as well as extension of services.
