摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，赛博空间技术已影响到各个学科领域，得到各国高度关注，航天与赛博空间的融合发展是非常必要的。本文诠释了赛博空间及其作战的概念和内涵，总结了美军国防信息基础设施的重要发展阶段，分析了赛博空间技术的发展现状与趋势，结合赛博空间下航天技术发展方向，提出了我国整合赛博作战能力，建立联合作战体系、推进我国一体化指挥自动化系统建设的具体建议。
With the rapid development of information technology, eyberspace has affected various technical fields, and has attracted attentions of almost all the countries, therefore, the fusion development of aerospace technology and cyberspaee technology is very necessary. In this paper, firstly the concept and connotation of cyberspace and cyberwar are introduced, then the important phases of American national defenee information systems are summarized, subsequently the current development and trend of cyberspace technology are analyzed. Finally, combining with the development of aerospace technology in cyberspace, some recommendations for establishing Chinese joint operation system and enhancing Chinese integrated command, control, communications and intelligence system are presented in details.
