大型商业室内步行街性能化消防设计 被引量:24

Analysis on performance-based fire protection design for large-scale commercial indoor pedestrian

摘要 以长沙市奥克斯广场为例,对大型商业室内步行街防火分区划分难以满足现行规范要求等问题进行探讨。将室内步行街作为临时安全区改进消防设计方案,利用性能化消防设计与评估的技术手段对改进后的方案进行分析确证。结果表明,在增设防火分隔设施及限制店铺面积等条件下,可将室内步行街作为临时安全区。 Taking AUX square of Changsha as an example,investigated on the problem that the division of fire compartment in large-scale commercial indoor pedestrian hard to meet current standards.Improved the preliminary fire protection design by using the concept that design indoor pedestrian as temporary safety area for reference,the improved scheme was confirmed by performance-based fire protection design and analysis.The results showed that indoor pedestrian could be designed as temporary safety area under conditions that add fire separation facilities and limit shop area.
