摘要
分析流体类型判定和粘度性能测试对泡沫灭火剂的影响。通过实验测试、分析我国现有的所有泡沫灭火剂类型,根据实验数据得出结论认为这些泡沫灭火剂流体类型属于非牛顿型。依据该研究结果进一步研究泡沫灭火剂的粘度测试方法,建议在最低使用温度下,使用统一规定的转子和转速,测量每种泡沫灭火剂在同一条件下的粘度值,对其进行横向比较,以确定其粘度是否能够满足要求。
The influence of liquid style analysis and viscosity test to foam extinguishing agent was analyzed.The liquid style of all kinds of foam extinguishing agents in China were tested and analyzed by experiment,and the results showed that these agents are non-Newtonian fluids.The viscosity test method of foam extinguishing agent was studied further,and it was recommended that at the lowest working temperature,the viscosity of each agent should be tested under a unified rotor and speed,and horizontally compared,so as to decide if the viscosity can satisfy the requirement.
