随着企业转型跨越发展的不断深入,企业思想政治工作也面临着新的形势和任务,亟需不断探索和创新思想政治工作的观念、内容和方法。文章分析了当前企业思想政治工作面临的新形势、新任务,就如何通过完善机制、夯基固本的途径创新工作方法进行了探析。

As the transformational and spanning development of enterprises continually deepens,the ideological and political work is also facing a new situation and tasks,whose concepts,contents and methods are in an urgent need of continuous exploration and innovation.This paper analyzes the new situation and tasks faced by current ideological and political work of enterprises,and discusses how to innovate the working methods by improving the mechanism and reinforcing the base.
