摘要
工资问题是涉及国计民生的重大问题,合理制定工资指导线水平基准线,对调节行业和企业员工工资水平,缓解分配不公起到了积极稳妥的作用。首先对安徽省的工资基本状况做了介绍,接着通过实证分析,建立了安徽省工资指导线水平基准线的计量经济模型,模型结果表明GDP增长率、财政收入增长率与CPI增长率是影响安徽省平均工资的主要因素,劳动生产率增长率影响不大,其中GDP增长率每提高1%,可使平均工资提高1.56个百分点,而财政收入增长率与CPI增长率每提高1%,则使平均工资下降0.4和1.23个百分点,说明安徽省财政收入挤压了老百姓的收入;最后提出了应建立城镇工资收入增长与财政收入增长相匹配的体制。
Wage questions are great questions of involving national interest and people's life.Reasonably working out wage guideline level will play a significant part in adjusting industries and enterprises staffs wages and relieving unfair distribution.First,this paper introduces the basic wages conditions.Then,it uses an empirical study to establish a model of Anhui wage guideline level.The model result indicates that the GDP growth rate,revenue growth rate and consumer price growth rates are the main factors of Anhui average wages,and social labor producing growth rate have a little fluent of Anhui average wages.The GDP growth rate increases 1 percentage point,Anhui average wages will increases 1.56 percentage point,and revenue growth rate and consumer price growth rate increases 1 percentage point,Anhui average wages will decrease 0.4 and 1.23 percentage point.The paper advises that should establish the system of the urban wage income growth matching revenue growth finally.
