摘要
采用社会性别视角,对北京市幼儿教师的美德和性格特点、家庭分工、收入、智力和思维能力、领导力、婚恋观以及幼儿教育实践等方面进行问卷调查,发现幼儿教师具有一定的性别平等意识,但由于受到传统性别观念的影响,其性别平等意识还有待提高。为此,必须对幼儿教师进行职前和职后的性别平等教育与培训,以推进性别平等意识的主流化。
The research has found that pre-school teachers have a relatively high gender consciousness but there is still room for improvement.It is suggested that in order to improve their gender consciousness,the issue should be integrated into their training in college and at work.
