摘要
英美法荷四国高职教育起步较早,而且教育质量也较高,这与四国的质量评价和保障机制的模式密切相关。其模式分别为复合模式、第三方中介机构模式、政府主导模式和院校自主模式。四种模式的形成,不仅与其教育发展水平、人文环境、对教育质量的重视程度等方面的差异密切相关,而且在评价与保障的组织结构、指标体系、运作机制等方面均存在差异。综合对比分析各种模式的差异,对形成适合我国高职教育质量评价与保障的新模式具有重要借鉴作用。
Higher Vocational Education in Britain, the U. S. , France and Germany started early and is of high quality, which is closely related to their models of quality evaluation and security mechanism. Among them are compound model, third-party intermediary model, the government-led model and the institutional autonomy model. The formation of these four models is not only closely related to the differences in education level, human environment, the degree of attention to the quality of education but also to that in organizational structure of evaluation and security, the index system and operation mechanism. Comprehensive and comparative analysis of the differences of the various models offers an important reference to the formation of a new model for quality assessment and security in China.
