摘要
参照GB 18582-2008标准,采用乙酰丙酮作显色剂,分光光度法对建筑防火涂料中的游离甲醛含量进行了检测。测定甲醛的线性范围为0~80μg,相关系数为0.9997,20μg^80μg甲醛含量的加标回收率为92.73%～99.55%,相对标准偏差小于1.5%。该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,适于建筑防火涂料中甲醛的测定。
This paper described the measurement of the concentration of formaldehyde in building Fire-Retardant coatings with acetylacetone spectrophotometry according to the standard of GB 18582-2008.The linear range of formaldehyde was 0-80μg, the correlative was 0.9997, the recovery was 92.73%-99.55% and RSD was less than 1.5%. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and proved to be suitable for determination of free formaldehyde in building fire-retardant coatings.
