摘要 基于CFD方法,对螺旋桨桨叶在不同位置折断时的水动力性能进行数值模拟。首先把CFD数值模拟结果与螺旋桨敞水试验结果进行比较,两者结果吻合良好;其次,对螺旋桨某一桨叶在不同半径处折断时的水动力进行计算,并对计算结果进行了回归;最后,对螺旋桨所有桨叶在同一半径处折断时的水动力进行数值模拟,对结果进行了回归分析。数值模拟结果与试验值吻合,回归结果可用于指导船舶的船—机—桨匹配工程实践。 Some hydrodynamics numerical simulations based on CFD method for the case that the blades of a propeller are broken off in different position are presented First,comparison between the result of the CFD simulation and the propeller open water test shows that they are matched well.And then,calculate the hydrodynamics of the propeller when one blade of the propeller is broken off in the position of different radiuses and presents the regression analysis for the results.At last,the hydrodynamics numerical simulation for the case that all blades of a propeller are broken off at the same radius is presented and makes the regression analysis for the result again.The results of the numerical simulations match the test value well,and the results of the regression analysis could be used to guide the matching between hull-engine-propeller.
