随着城市化步伐加快 ,城市水土流失问题日益突出。自然流失是城市水土流失的次要方面 ,城市建设产生的人为水土流失是城市水土流失的主体。优美的生态环境是现代化文明城市的重要标志。提高各级领导的认识是搞好此项工作的关键因素。推进城市水保工作的具体措施是进一步强化领导 ,搞好规划 ,广泛宣传 ,继续搞好示范建设工作。

The problem of soil and water loss in urban areas is becoming more and more evident along with the accelerated pace of urbanization. Artificial soil and water loss is the main aspect whereas the natural soil loss is only the secondary position in urban soil and water loss. A beautiful ecological environment is the sign of a city with modern civilization. Promotion of the knowledge to governors at various levels is the key to make perfect soil and water conservation.
