地方高校发展民生科技问题的思考

Reflection on Developing Science and Technology for People's Livelihood in Local Universities

民生科技作为直接服务和提升民众基本生存条件、生活质量的科学技术,是科技与社会联系的重要纽带,已成为我国科技发展的重点,它为地方高校发展民生科技提供了新的机遇。在分析地方高校发展民生科技的优势基础上认为,高校应采取创新科研机制、人才培养模式和科技服务形式等措施,以形成高校民生科技与区域经济社会互动发展的良性循环机制。

The science and technology of people＇s livelihood,as a direct service promoting people＇s basic living conditions and life qualities,has become the focus of the development of science and technology in China,offering new opportunities for the development of local colleges and universities.On the analysis of the advantages of science and technology development of some local higher educational institutions,the authors point out that these institutions should adopt methods of innovative research mechanism,talents cultivating mode and technology aid to enhance the interactive development of virtuous circle between local colleges and universities.
