摘要
经偶联剂处理的吸收剂对吸波涂层性能的影响表现在:与粘结剂的润湿性得到改善,将其用于制备吸波涂层,涂层的附着力提高,柔韧性变好,抗冲击强度提高;但吸收剂的复介电常数降低,复磁导率变化不大,吸波涂层的吸波性能降低,在8~18GHz频段,反射率的增加在0.2-0.4dB之间。
The surface treatment by coupling agent on absorbent has significant impact on the properties of radar absorbing coating. After the treatment, tile soakage of resin matrix was improved to prepare the absorbing coating. The adhesion strength, ductility and impact resistant were enhanced as well, however, the heat resistance, complex permittivity and microwave absorbing properties showed the opposite results. The complex permeability was almost not changed. The reflectivity in the frequency range of 8~18 GHz was increased within 0.2-0.4 dB.
