摘要
从石亭江水灾泛滥引发思考,寻找原因,认为人为水土流失是诱发水灾的重要原因。
The flood on Shiting river has been more serious recently. Man made soil and water loss is considered as an important cause for that. The importance of soil and water conservation and necessity of sustained development strategy is put forward.
