分光光度法测定墨旱莲中总黄酮的含量

Determination of Total Flavones Content in Herba Ecliptae by Spectrophotometry

目的:建立墨旱莲中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,选择501 nm为测定波长,采用分光光度法测定墨旱莲中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁在0.008 mg/mL～0.048 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为98.11%,RSD为2.5%。结论:分光光度法精密度高,重复性好,可用于墨旱莲中总黄酮含量的测定。

Objective：To explore the determination method of total flavonoids content in herba ecliptae.Methods：Total flavonoids content in herba ecliptae was determined by visible spectrophotometry.Lutin was used as reference substance,and the detection wavelength was set at 501 nm.Results：The linear range of lutin was from 0.008 mg/mL to 0.048 mg/mL（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery rate（n=6） was 98.11% and RSD was 2.5%.Conclusion：The visible spectrophotometry method is accurate,reproducible,and could be used to determine the total flavonoids content in herba ecliptae.
