Construction of Clinical Path Management Mode by Information Technology

临床路径管理模式作为一种临床诊疗规范化管理方式,已成为减少医疗差错、降低病患费用、提高医生工作效率的有效手段。传统手工方式给医务工作者和管理者的工作都增加了很大负担,无法有效提高医疗质量、诊疗效率及患者满意度。信息化时代,培养并发展以计算机为主的智能化工具,将其融入到临床路径的管理工作中,将大大提高医院现有管理日常工作的效率。在此基础上,介绍了贵州省人民医院在临床路径信息化建设方面的一些经验、成果及远期展望。

Clinical path management mode, as the management for the standardization of clinical diagnosis and treatment, is an effective approach to reduce medical errors, decrease patients＇ cost, and increase doctors＇ work efficiency. However, traditional manual processing has imposed heavy work load on medical management and could not increase clinical therapy efficiency and patient＇ s satisfaction. Nowadays, the utilization of advanced information technology in clinical path management could greatly improve the routine work efficiency in hospitals. In this paper, the experience, the achievements, and the long-term prospects in using information technology in clinical path management in Guizhou Provincial Peoples＇ Hospital were introduced.
