摘要
随着人口老龄化和严重创伤疾病的增加,骨科内植物已成为重建人体骨关节结构和功能的重要外科治疗手段,有着巨大的临床需求和快速增长的市场份额。然而,由于我国在内植物研发水平上与发达国家之间的巨大差距,导致我国现今大部分市场份额被进口内植植物所占据。同时,植入物在临床应用中仍面临着在材料、设计和制造等方面进一步优化与提高的诸多挑战。如何针对国人的解剖生理特点及生活习性需求,在内植物设计与研发理念上有所创新与突破,提高"中国设计与制造"内植物的研发水平,是当前亟待解决的问题。为应对上述问题,于2009年启动建立了骨科失效内植物与组织标本库,它是国内首个集失效内植入物材料、植入物周围生物样本与组织标本、相关实验分析数据以及患者医疗信息为一体的骨科临床内植物库,将为研究和分析植入物失效原因、促进内植物的创新研发、为推动骨科转化医学研究提供重要临床支持和借鉴参考。
With the aging of the population and increase of severe trauma diseases, orthopaedic implants have become an important surgical way to reconstruct the structure and function of human tissues and organs, with a remarkable clinical demands and rapid increasing market share. However, owing to the huge gap in implant research and development (R&D) level between China and the developed countries, the major implant market shares are occupied by the imported implants. Meanwhile, there still exist many challenges to further optimize and enhance the materials, design and manufacturing of implants in clinical application. It is imperative to settle the problem on how to innovate and break through the idea of implant design and R&D according to the anatomical and physiological characteristics and living habit of Chinese people, and raise the R & D level of implant designed and made in China. To solve the problem mentioned above, we constructed the orthopaedic failure implant and tissue bank in 2009, which was the first orthopaedic clinical implant bank with failure implants, biological and tissue samples around the implant, experimental data and analysis, and medical information of the patient as a whole. The bank will provide an important clinical support and reference for studying and analyzing the reason of implant failure, enhancing the innovation and R&D of implant, as well as promoting the medical research on orthopaedic translation.
