摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱法， 选用ＨＰ－ ５ 色谱柱， 以邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯为内标， 分离测定异菌脲复配可湿性粉剂中异菌脲的含量。方法的线性相关系数为：０ ．９９９５ ， 回收率为：９９ ．２ ％ ～１００ ．７ ％ ，方法偏差为：０ ．０２２ ，变异系数为：０ ．３０ ％ 。本方法可适用于异菌脲及其格制剂的分析。
A method for separation and determination of iprodione in a mixtured fumulation by HP-5 capillary gas chromatographic column with dibutyl phthalate as internal standard is developed.The method is convenient,rapid and accurate.The result shows that standard deviation is 0.022 ,coefficient of varaiation is 0.30%,linear correlation is 0.9995.The recovery is between 99.2% and 100.7%.
