信息技术的不断发展,使移动医疗和移动管理变为现实。旨在通过对传统决策支持系统(DSS)使用率不高的原因分析,介绍移动决策支持系统(MobDSS)的比较优势。后者对于医院管理者实现透明目标管理、主动管理、实时管理和有效决策具有重要意义。

With the development of information technology, it makes the mobile medical and mobile management come true. This paper aims at the reason analysis of low use rate of traditional decision support system（DSS）,introduces the comparative advantage of mobile decision support system. We believe that the mobile decision support system has important significance for hospital managers to implement transparent management by objectives, active management, time management and effective decision.
