摘要
为解决当前建筑施工中墙体抹灰工序复杂且效率低的问题,本文在对墙体抹灰机械现状进行分析的基础上,针对国内外墙体抹灰机械存在的问题,确定了墙体智能抹灰要达到的目标,同时对抹灰机械的抹灰机构、进料装置、行走装置、控制系统等进行了研究,据此设计出了智能墙体抹灰机。
Based on analysis of the current situation of wall plastering machine produced both domestic and overseas and the revealing of their problems existing,the author tries to address the complexity and low efficiency in current wall plastering operations.With a target set for smart wall plastering,the author develops a smart wall plastering machine after studying the lifting component,charging apparatus,moving apparatus,control system,etc.of the current wall plastering machine.
