摘要 剪切力是两相流检测中重要的参数之一,将双脉冲电流源应用于气液两相环状流的液膜厚度进行检测,并首次建立起液膜厚度与壁面剪切力的函数关系;设计实验,分析函数的准确性。具有原理简单,对流型无影响,设计成本低,适用范围广等特点。 Shear stress is one of the important parameters of two-phase flow measurement,in this article used double-pulsed as current source,detected the liquid film thickness of gas-liquid two-phase annular flow,and built the function relationship between film thickness and wall shear stress firstly;Designed experiment,analyzed the accuracy of function.The method has the characteristics such as: axiom-simple,had no effect to flow pattern,design cost lower and has widely range of application.
