倾斜式茂菲氏滴管输液器的应用研究

Tilted Murphy's Dropper Application Research of Infusion

目的:检验研制出的倾斜式茂菲氏滴管输液器的一次性排气成功率,提高护士输液的工作效率。方法:2011年6-11月笔者所在科使用三种不同的输液器为患者进行输液,按输液器不同分三组,每组50例进行排气试验,Ⅰ组采用自制的带5.5号头皮针的倾斜式茂菲氏滴管输液器,Ⅱ组采用上海金塔医用器材有限公司生产的带5.5号头皮针的自动排气输液器(防气泡型),Ⅲ组采用江西洪达医用器材有限公司生产的带5.5号头皮针的普通输液器。分析比较3组的一次性排气成功率。结果:Ⅰ组一次性排气成功率显著高于Ⅱ组及Ⅲ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:倾斜式茂菲氏滴管输液器的一次性排气成功率高,可有效提高护士输液的工作效率。2009年度广东省护理学会立项课题(编号:B2009001)

Objective：To test the success rate of tilting murphy＇s dropper disposable infusion exhaust,improving the working efficiency of the nurse infusion.Methods：From June 2011 to November 2011 three different infusion divided into 3 groups,each group of 50 cases to exhaust test,Ⅰ group with a 5.5 and self-made scalp needle tilted murphy＇s infusion,Ⅱ group locked by Shanghai medical equipment Co.LTD,with a 5.5 and the production of the scalp of automatic needle exhaust infusion （the bubble type）,the Ⅲ group Jiangxi Hong-da of medical equipment Co.LTD,with a 5.5 and the production of scalp needle ordinary infusion.Analysis of the three groups of one-time exhaust the success rate.Results：Ⅰ group one-time exhaust success rate significantly higher than Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group（P0.001）,were statistically significant differences.Conclusion：Tilted murphy＇s disposable infusion murphy added exhaust high success rate,which can effectively improve the working efficiency of the nurse infusion.
