56例食管癌联合术前放疗及术后化疗疗效分析

Analysis of 56 Cases of Esophageal Cancer Preoperative Radiotherapy and Postoperative Chemotherapy Efficacy

目的:探讨食管癌联合术前放疗及术后化疗疗效。方法:选择2006年1月-2008年1月笔者所在医院收治的56例食管癌患者为观察组,行术前放疗和术后化疗治疗;选择同期收治56例食管癌患者单纯放疗为对照组,单纯行放疗。比较两组患者的疗效。结果:所有患者均随访3年,观察组3年生存率为50.00%,对照组3年生存率为30.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗3年ⅡA、ⅡB、Ⅲ期的生存率分别为75.00%、43.48%、36.00%,对照组组分别为37.50%、21.74%、20.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组纵隔转移率为14.29%,与对照组的46.43%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其他转移部位比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:术前放疗联合术后化疗有助于提高肿瘤局部控制率,减少术后癌肿复发,能够延长患者的生存期,在临床上具有积极指导意义,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate esophageal cancer combined with preoperative radiotherapy and postoperative chemotherapy.Methods：From January 2006 to January 2008 56 cases of esophageal cancer patients treated in the observation group,preoperative radiotherapy and postoperative chemotherapy;Choosing the same period 56 cases of esophageal cancer patients treated with radiotherapy alone as the control group,radiotherapy alone.Results：All patients were followed up for 3 years to observe the 3-year survival rate was 50%.Control group,3-year survival rate was 30.36%,compared the two groups with significant differences（P〈0.01）.Observation group treatment for 3 years Ⅱ A,Ⅱ B,Ⅲ period survival rates were 75.00%,43.48%,36.00%;Control group group were 37.50%,21.74%,20.00%,compared the two groups with significant differences（P〈0.01）.Observation group,mediastinal metastasis was 14.29%,compared with the control group rate of 46.43% compared to the mediastinal shift,a significant difference（P〈0.01）.Other metastatic sites were no significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Preoperative radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy after surgery to help improve local tumor control rate and reduce the postoperative recurrence of cancer can prolong survival of patients in clinical practice has a positive significance,worthy of promotion.
