摘要
目的:探讨病例讨论模式在中职卫生学校儿科教学中的应用价值。方法:选择笔者所在学校2008级的110名学生,随机分为两组,各55名,观察组给予病例讨论模式儿科教学,对照组给予传统模式儿科教学,课程结束后对两组学生的考试成绩和教学满意度进行比较。结果:观察组课程结束后理论和见习考试成绩均显著好于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组对病例讨论教学的满意度较好,显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:病例讨论模式与传统教学方法相比,前者从实践需要出发,将基础理论与临床知识、技能学习相结合,极大程度提高了学生学习的兴趣和主动性,加深了学生对知识的掌握程度,有助于培养学生临床思维能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the value of case discussion model in pediatric teaching.Methods:110 students of our school were selected and divided into two groups for each 55,students in observation group were given case discussion model in pediatric teaching,other students in control group were given common teaching,the test scores and satisfaction of teaching of two groups were compared.Results:The scores of theoretical and practical examinations of observation group were significantly better than that of control group(P〈0.05),the satisfaction of observation group were all significantly better than that of control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:To contrast with common teaching,case discussion model combine the basic theory with clinical knowledge and skills from the practice in order to improve the interest and initiative,it also can deepen the knowledge levels and develop the analytical problem-solving ability.
