人与自然环境的和谐共生是人类发展的必然趋势。城市建设必须兼顾社会、经济、生态三个效益的协调,保护生态持续、稳定、发展的态势,实现可持续发展。文章回顾了城市建设生态观的发展,以本溪市为例,分析自然生态条件,探讨在山水资源利用、旧城改造以及绿地系统建设方面可采用的生态指导思想和作法。

It is the inexorable trend for human development to coexist harmonically with natural environment. For urban construction consideration must be given to the efficiency coordination for society, economy and ecology, to guarantee the continued and steady development. The paper reviews the development of outlook on the ecology and urban construction, and takes Benxi as an example, to analyses the natural ecology, and discusses on the application of the mountain and rivers resource, urban reconstruction and green field construction.
