略论高校二级学院育人文化建设

Study of Cultivation Culture Construction of Second Rate Colleges in Universities

随着高等教育大众化的推进和高等教育改革的纵深发展,高校普遍将系级教学单位组建为二级学院,原有系级建制背景下的育人文化已无法适应和满足新体制、新格局、新形势的发展需要,二级学院育人文化重构和变革势在必行,从二级学院育人文化的理念、制度和生态建设方面进行了探究。

With the development of mass higher education and the deeper reform in Chinese higher education,it is a universal phenomenon that the college（the ＂second rate college＂） is established from department teaching unit.The cultivation culture on the background of original department organization cannot meet the development demands of new system,new pattern and new situation.Therefore,reconfiguration and reform of cultivation culture are imperative.This paper will study the concept,system and ecological construction of second rate colleges in order to make achievements both in theory and practice.
