能源消耗、碳排放与经济增长的脱钩:来自江苏的证据

Energy Consumption,Carbon Emissions and Decoupling of Economic Growth: Evidence from Jiangsu Province

利用脱钩指标方法对江苏省经济增长与能源消耗之间的脱钩状况进行评价,相对脱钩的研究结果表明江苏经济增长对能源的利用是有效率的;在影响江苏能源消耗和碳排放增加的诸多驱动因素中,经济的持续增长是最主要的驱动力量,产业结构的重化趋势加重了经济增长规模变量对能源的消耗,产业结构对能源消耗的消减相对有限。

In this paper, by using methods of decoupling indicators between economic growth and energy consumption in Jiangsu Province evaluate the situation, the results of relative decoupling of economic growth in Jiangsu energy show that energy use is efficient; to many Factors of influencing energy consumption, the economic growth is the main driving force, the indus- trial structure of the heavy I trend of economic growth increased the size of variables on energy consumption, the industrial structure of the reduction of energy consumption is relatively limited. And the policies and suggestions are proposed to promote energy saving for Jiangsu province.
