山东高校法学教育正处于历史转型期,符合法学教育规律的职业化教育模式正在孕育萌发。正视山东高校法学教育转型期存在的问题,合理定位高校法学教育培养目标,改造传统教学模式,整合法学教育资源,革新现行司法考试制度,构建符合国情的法律职业联合教育培养机制,可以作为推动山东高校法学教育职业化发展的理论模型。

Law education in colleges in Shandong Province is in a period of transition. A professional mode which is fit for the rule of law education is coming into being. This theoretical model should encounter the the problems of law education during the period of transformation, problems of law education, orientate the cultivation goal of law education, reform the traditional teaching mode, integrate law education resources, innovate current judicial qualification examination system, and construct joint education and training system conforming to the Chinese national condition.
