摘要
针对由于分包等原因造成当前建筑企业施工现场安全管理存在的很多问题，文章提出了加强现场施工管理的对策和措施。
There are a lot of problems in the construction site management of the enterprise, which are caused mainly by subcontracting and/or other reasons. Some countermeasures to enhance the construction site management are put forward.
