摘要
利用极化曲线及扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)研究了硫化钠对硬铝合金 (L Y12 CZ)在 3.5 %的氯化钠溶液中的缓蚀作用机制。电化学极化曲线测试结果表明 ,硫化钠对铝合金具有较好的缓蚀作用 ,当硫化钠的浓度较低时 ,随着硫化钠浓度的增大缓蚀效率增大 ,当硫化钠的浓度较大时 ,缓蚀效率随着浓度的增大而降低。硫化钠使铝合金出现了钝化现象。 SEM实验表明 ,硫化钠促进了铝合金表面膜的形成 。
The inhibitive behavior of sodium sulfide on aluminum alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by electrochemical method and SEM. The electrochemical experimental results showed that the inhibition efficiency of sodium sulfide on aluminum alloy was sufficient. With the addition of low concentration of sodium sulfide the inhibition efficiency was high, but with the increasing of sodium sulfide the inhibition efficiency decreased. Sodium sulfide promoted the formation of a conversion film on aluminum alloy surface, which inhibited the general corrosion and pitting of aluminum alloy.
