Hospitalization Expenses of Patients with Medical Insurance and the Influencing Factors

目的探讨住院医保患者医保费用逐年增高的因素。方法调查2008—2010年常州第一人民医院住院患者的医保费用及其影响因素。结果正确处理好影响医保费用的因素,就能减少医保费用。结论住院费用减少,就能减少患者支出,降低医院亏损,使医保事业及医院建设持续发展。

To discuss the factors of gradual growth of medical insurance expenditure of the patients with medical insurance year by year,the author made a survey on the expenditures of medical insurance of the inpatients in The First People＇s Hospital of Changzhou City from 2008 to 2010 and the influencing factors, and found that dealing correctly with the factors influencing the expenditures of medical insurance can decrease medical insurance expenditure and that the decrease of hospitalization can lower the patients＇expenses, decline the loss of hospitals and promote the sustainable development of medical insurance and hospital construction.
