摘要
通过筛选合适的基料体系、阻燃体系、抗氧体系和敏化剂 ,确立了 1 2 5℃辐射交联无卤阻燃EVA电缆料的配方体系 ,并讨论了影响阻燃性能、力学性能和耐热性能的因素。结果发现 ,VA含量高的EVA与Mg(OH) 2 有良好的相容性 ;辐射对体系氧指数的影响取决于其对基体树脂的交联炭化和对阻燃剂的破坏程度 ;抗氧剂与阻燃剂具有协同作用 ;辐射使体系的拉伸强度升高 ,断裂伸长率下降 ;EVA/Mg(OH) 2 体系经辐射交联后其耐温等级能达到 1 2 5℃。
By choosing suitable systems of basic material, flame retardant, antioxidant and sensitizer, the formulation system for 125℃ radiation-crosslinked hologen-free flame retardant EVA cable compounds is established, and the factors affecting flame retardant, mechanical and heat resistance properties are discussed too. The results show that the EVA containing high VA has good compatibility with Mg(OH) 2, the effect of radiation on the oxygen index depends on the degree of the crosslink carbonization of basic resin and the destroy degree of flame retardant agent, the antioxidant and flame retardant have synesgistic effect, the radiation increases the tensile strength and decreases the elongation at break. After the radiation crosslinking, the grade of heat resistance of EVA/Mg(OH) 2 system is up to 125℃.\;
