舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭中的生活质量和心功能效果分析

Comfort Care in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure in the Quality of Life and Effect Analysis of Cardiac Function

目的探讨舒适护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量和心功能的影响及效果。方法对我院收治的208例慢性心力衰竭老年患者进行护理,分为舒适护理组104例与常规护理组104例。结果舒适护理组在心功能和生活质量等方面均明显优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理适时的满足了患者身体、心理、社会的需求,提高患者满意度和整体护理质量,促进患者更好地接受治疗,早日回归社会。

Objective Of comfort care for elderly patients with chronic heart failure patients quality of life and cardiac function and effect.Methods Of our hospital 208 patients with chronic heart failure in elderly patients for care,comfort care is divided into group of 104 cases and 104 cases of routine care group.Results Comfort care group heart function and quality of life aspects,such as significantly superior to conventional care group （P0.05）.Conclusion Timely to meet the comfort care of patients physical, psychological,social needs, improve patient satisfaction and overall quality of care,better treatment for patients with early return to society.
