全髋关节置换术前护理干预对患者术后的影响

目的探讨术前护理干预对全髋关节置换术后患者的影响。方法将268例行全髋关节置换术患者随机分成干预组和对照组,在年龄、文化程度、心理素质、经济状况、术后诊断等基本相同的情况下,把2组病人对疼痛的耐受性、术后患肢功能锻炼时间及并发症情况对比研究。结果各项指标均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论术前护理干预对全髋关节置换术后患者有着较大的影响,减轻了病人的痛苦,有利于促进手术后病人的康复、预防手术后并发症的发生。

Objective To study the preoperative nursing intervention on the total hip replacement patients after impact.Methods 268 routine total hip replacement patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,in same age,educational level,the psychological quality,economic status,postoperative diagnosis,as well as the basic same case,and a half to two groups of patients tolerated,postoperative pain of phantom limb function exercise time and complications situation comparative study.Results All the indexes have obvious difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Preoperative nursing intervention on patients after total hip replacement has great influence,reducing the suffering of patients,and to promote the patient＇s recovery after surgery,prevent the occurrence of complications after surgery.
