摘要
目的探讨应用肌电图评估托吡酯治疗面肌痉挛的效果。方法研究对象为38例面肌痉挛患者,给予托吡酯治疗,观察其疗效及肌电图的变化。结果 38例患者总有效率为92.1%;且治疗后各项肌电图指标均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论托吡酯治疗面肌痉挛疗效肯定,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effects after facial spasm treated with topiramate.Methods A total of thirty eight patients with facial spasm was studied,all patients were treated with topiramate,and to observe its clinical effects and the change of surface electromyography（EMG）.Results The effective rate of topiramate in treating facial spasm was 92.1%;The indexes in EMG were improved after treatment in all patients （P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of topiramate treatment of facial spasm is sure,it can be widely used in clinical.
